I want to put this on the curved railing of a swimming pool slide. Are they soft and bendaable or plyable?

In my opinion, the answer is no. They are made from hard brittle plastic. I would not try to bend them. However they are provided in sections of about 8 inches. Therefore, they could be useable depending upon your radius.
