How long is the cure time for this sealent?

The back of package says to apply a 1/16-1/4 bead and finger tighten bolts until it starts to squeeze out then let dry for one hour. After that torque to spec.. Allow 24 hours to fully cure before filling with fluids and returning to service (allow more time to cure in cold or very dry conditions). I followed these directions and it worked perfectly.

Can this be used on a subaru cvt transmission oil pan?

I used it on a Kia Transmission pan after I changed the transmission filter. That was about 30,000 miles ago. I also used it on a Dodge Grand Caravan Transmission pan around 10,000 miles ago and have had no leaks. I cleaned both surfaces lightly scraping the factory gasket off and then used brake cleaner to clean both surfaces, then put a bead on the transmission pan and let that just sit for 10 minutes then installed the pan, torqued the bolts close to specification. Be careful not to over tighten and snap a bolt off. You can get them out but it sets you back awhile. After I install the pan. I pull the transmission dipstick and pull the drain plug out and let it sit 24 hours to cure in 55 degree or above air. Refill your fluid to the factory level and you should be good until your next transmission service for a filter change.

Would i be correct to assume this is what i want for a transfer case that calls for atf instead of gear oil (np 241c)?

No this is not fluid to add to the transfer case. This is a gasket maker.
ATF stands for automatic transmission fluid
