Diet Plate for Adults - Healthy Portion Control

I wanted one of these plates because I loathe counting calories and I tend to overdo it with the carbs. This is by far the classiest of the Eatwell plates I have seen. The design is really nice, and I was astonished at the size of the plate. I went back to my notes and checked that it is in fact the correct size! (And it is.) I have used this plate often since buying it, although not at every meal. Sometimes it works better for me to use a pasta bowl if there is sauce involved, like with a vegetable and lentil curry. I'm very happy with my purchase, which I think will help me lose weight over time. It can be used in the microwave if I need to warm up a dinner that is a little on the cool side for my preference. I'm pretty sure it would go in a dishwasher but I haven't bought one of those yet so I can't be 100% sure! And as mentioned, it's more attractive than the other plates of this type in my opinion. All in all, it's good value for money in my mind.

Lovely plate that is showing no signs of fading in the dishwasher. There are no spelling mistakes at all, it's just the font/joined up writing

These plates were okay and made well but were rather heavy for me.

Arrived in one piece

Ridiculous spelling errors-‘living like on the edge, weet patato , know yougs onions, cool as a cucumbes, good souice ot omega 3. Absolute joke. Larger than stated. Measures 10 1/2 “. Very disappointed. I picked this one as it’s cheery, no raised sections and a good size. Such a shame it’s nothing like it says or shows in the picture. Sending back.

Ideal size and perfect for our needs

Very nice plate and good quality, but much bigger than the plate I normally use, so it hasn't come out of the cupboard

J’ai commandé 2 assiettes, normalement elles sont sensées être de la même taille. Cependant, elles ont deux tailles différentes. Une qui fait 25,5cm et l’autre 27cm. Assez déçu tout de même à la vue du prix

Witziger Teller.... vielleicht ein wenig sehr bunt!!! Essen sieht auf weiß oder wenigstens auf einfarbigem Geschirr einfach schöner aus. Aber für ab und an und zum Gewöhnen an die "richtigen" und gesunden Portionen durchaus gut zu gebrauchen.

Buen producto de porcelana y bien de tamaño mediano para adulto. Tardo mucho en llegar, pero llego perfecto.

Sehr gutes Produkt! Die Farben sind sehr kräftig. Mein Foto zeigt das die Farben sehr gut sind! Hochwertig verarbeitet, Micro und Spühlmaschinen geeignet steht auf der Rückseite oben. Ein sehr gutes Produkt um gesund zu essen, zum abnehmen ist der Teller die beste Wahl. Von mir 5 Sterne
