After having used this laptop for a few months, I can say this is a great laptop. The specs are the best for gaming at the 50k-55k price point. The only issue is HP tuned the CPU to boost too aggressively, which is why many people are experiencing overheating in games. This can be easily fixed by disabling overclocking using window's in-built power options (you can find the instructions by googling). I did it and experienced no impact on performance. Getting a simple laptop stand will also help with cooling, if you want full CPU performance for something like video encoding.

After some regular gaming sessions, I see the lag/slowness issue in games is real. This wasn't expected from laptop with 144hz refresh rate. Although Graphics card seems comparable to 4GB RTX 3050 in some aspects.Graphics card and then CPU could heat up, you can check from AMD Adrenalin software. This is not immediate, shows up after 2-3 hours. Avoid using for games in hot environment or just Indian summer and keep it Plugged in. Change fan control from OMEN gaming hub to Quiet, if you want to use for heavy game and immediately get a superb cooling pad.I am happy to get HP brand under 45 K... As I got thanks to Diwali sale 😊😍😍

Too bad battery backup 😪

Recently I bought this product about 8 months in starting two months it is good but after 2 months problem was started CRACKING SOUND from the hinge every time open and close the laptop and about 5th month the hinge were BREAK there is no warranty on break hinge in hp laptops

I really liked this laptop, only has a problem that the bezel of the laptop screen is not properly attached to the screen at the bottom but It might be with mine only it could be replaced so don't worry.I would also like to inform you that if you are reading the public reviews you may find a review saying that "Windows key is not working one of the worst product" he also recorder a video as a proof, but I want you to know that there was no fault of the laptop, the fault was that he didn't no the features of laptop, IDK why but I see a function on the keyboard with what you can disable the windows key and also the touchpad.I think the person with that problem mistakenly used that function key and disabled the windows key (which can be enabled simply).When I read that review I got scared too but after buying it I got the problem with him. So I wanted to inform you all that you can buy this laptop if you are searching for a budget friendly gaming laptop.Thank you

Laptop has good fit and finish. It looks very sober for a gaming laptop which I prefer. Comes with pre installed windows 11 and MS office so you can start using it right out of the box.

Laptop have no heating issue as many told in review.But performance of high end game with 8GB RAM is very poor.I tried Flight Simualtor with normal graphics setting. System lags too much.Not able to play.Display video and image quality is amazing. Physically display panel is thin and not sturdy.Letter style printed in keyboard are not good. Font dtyle is hectic . You will get confused with H&K. Will get eye pain if you are not a typist.Battery is good.

System utilised 4gb/8gb ram. Upgraded to 16gb ram, now it has become beast with radeon rx 6500m graphics which is better than GTX 1650, giving more fps. All latest high graphics games can be played.
