Bought when my mother moved in with us as we were afraid we wouldn’t be able to hear her in the night when she needed assistance. We’re using a pan and spoon. This worked wonderfully. We used different sounds in 3 different rooms so we could hear from anywhere in the house. Can adjust volume to appropriate level for each person to hear the alarm. Best $50 some I have spent! Well worth the price. Fairly easy to set up. Had a bit of trouble figuring out how to change the tune but figured it out fairly quickly. If you live in a larger home with more than one level and have sick kids this would be helpful as well. My mother chose to use the lanyard rather than the watch but it is nice to have choices.

This product was a life saver and was ready to go right out of the box. We could not use life alert as our Loved one continued to push the emergency button when she was having trouble with her TV. This one calls the me in the kitchen or other room to walk in and assist. The bell shut off is not connected between the units so my only recommendation for upgrade is to connect the bell actions. Our solution was a constant ring on the main house bell and a single ring in the other rooms. The volume was adjustable so we could here the continuous bell even from our bedroom. There are many bell sounds or ringtones to choose from including a christmas song. The watch was a good size even for our very small loved one and the extra caregiver bells were set up in the places the Hospice teams spends time with her. Really appreciate these devices whose function have been irreplaceable in caring for my mother. We purchased two sets for a total of 6 ringing receivers placed throughout all 3 levels of the house. Each receiver can be sync'd to multiple call buttons, so no issue combining sets. She wears a wrist band and we use another wall mounted button in select locations as a backup (one time the wrist button battery died overnight, though it's easy to replace). Although we don't need this many wrist buttons, the straps are enormous for her small wrists which means we need to tighten them to the smallest setting and yet they're still loose so not the most comfortable. This has also led to the bands wearing out after a few months. Customer service has been helpful and we're currently awaiting replacements with a newer nylon velcro model which I'm hopeful will be a better fit. The only time we've had problems with the range is when the battery in the call button was running low which would cause intermittent ringing response from some of the receivers. As demonstrated in the video, there are a total of 5 volumes including one silent with (subtle) flashing light only. The other two buttons allow you to rotate through various ringtones, although most of them are little melodies so we juts use the default doorbell sound. The lowest volume is sufficient in most cases, though the loudest setting is quite loud which we use in the garage in case someone is outside.

It is simple to set up and even simpler to use. I changed it to a more pleasant tone and found that it will wake me even from deep sleep when triggered. We did find that it seem to stop working every few days and then after removing the battery cover seem to help. After another failure I noticed that that when pushing the button the battery flexed. By putting a thin piece of paper between the battery and the cover the problem of reoccurring failures to trigger the alarm went away. Been two weeks without an issue. All in all no regrets.

Works good. I got it for my Mom to use because she has Parkinson’s and it’s easy for her to use.

This product helped reassure my 86-year-old mother that she could easily reach us for help if she fell or needed help in an emergency--even through multiple walls and doors. The plug-in receivers are powered by plugging into a wall socket, so no worries about batteries for the part that tells us mom is in trouble; just plug them in where you can always hear the signal when activated. The wristband and lanyard call-buttons are easy to use and have batteries included; simply plug in the receivers, check the notification sound you prefer, then press one of the call-buttons to test. Voila! You are all set up. Don't forget to put a notice on your calendar to regularly test the call-button batteries about once every six months--like when you check your smoke alarms!

This is a MUST HAVE! My elderly mother wears this at home with me. It is a great way to take care of her, especially at night while I’m sleeping. She easily pushes the watch button and the plug in pager rings to let me know that she needs assistance. It’s water proof and we love the new Velcro band on the watch. The plugs are in my bedroom and kitchen. There are many loudness settings and ring/song tones.

Got these for an elderly couple, and happily discovered we could give them each a different call tone. They are a bit fussy to program (remember when you had to program things on your old cellphone? Clicking through a list you can't see... then testing... It's like that. ) But once they are set up they are great! Press the red button, and the chimes go off in as many locations as there are receivers. We have 3: basement, 1st floor, 2nd floor, and they work perfectly. They have 3 volume levels. (Again, a bit fussy to program.) The receivers plug into wall outlets directly. The buttons have replaceable batteries. All in all, way better than expected at this price.

It works on home wi-fi and can be used with multiple receivers on different floors so the caregiver will never miss a call for assistance.
