Hi, I'm very prone to ingrown neck hairs and am considering this for my neck. Can it be used on the neck and face as a shaver on a daily basis?

I used it for years instead of using razor blades. It gets pretty close, but not close enough to produce razor bumps. I used to follow it up with a rotary shaver to get a bit closer. That's just my experience. I used to get razor bumps and ingrown hairs for a long time until I started using this device for my face.

does trimmer come with trimmer guide for different beard lengths

Model 04610 grey ones doesn't come with attachment combs, but model 04775 black ones does.

can I use this to shave y head? read some reviews on this and some say not for use on top of head? like bald look but dont want to use razor.

I have been using this very shaver to shave my head since 2011 at least twice a week sometimes more depending on how bald or clean shaven I want to be. I only replace the blades, that’s like $17. I am treating myself to a new pair only because my mind knows it’s been 9 years so I want a new pair. So yes you can definitely shave your head bald like I have been doing.
