Reliable practice net with easy setup and wide catch area
After searching through many options I chose this net because of the strong reviews and I am glad I did. The wide mouth and large catch pocket make it very convenient since even missed hits are collected easily. Setup time is short and the included storage bag makes it simple to pack away after use. The build quality feels sturdy and it has handled repeated practices without issue. My 7 year old enjoys using it but the setup and breakdown still require some parental help at this age. Overall this is a solid choice for baseball practice and I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Great alternative to a Sock net.
Bought this net because we use it in the garage and the sock net we have keeps bouncing the balls out and down our slanted driveway into the street. This one bounces out 90% leS balls hit by an 11u majors player.

Great Net
We use this net for many things. We hit into it, use it as a backstop for pitching, and use it as a fielder on the baseball field when we don't have enough players. We put it at first base and use is as the first baseman to give everyone a chance at fielding. Also works great when it is just my kids and me for the same reason. I would recommend getting some weighted sandbags to hold it in place as the stakes do not work on baseball dirt.

Great for softball pitching in basement!!
We have this in our basement with a hitting/pitching tarp on it. My daughter pitches from around 20 ft away. The tarp slows the pitch down and the wide mouth net catches the ball. The net base itself does not move. Very sturdy. The wide net is ideal for pitching since it catches any errant throws. We have not tried hitting into it yet. So far so good.

Slows the ball down
Net works for what I want it to do. Lots of slack in the net slow down the baseballs and not bounce back at you like other nets. I gave three stars because I noticed that the net itself already has a broken part of the net. Looks like one of the thatches broke at the knot. Seems kind of early for that since it's not but a month old

Better than regular practice net with pocket
This is probably our 3rd practice net from PowerNet. Biggest challenge for us with regular practice net with pocket was when we wanted to practice inside / outside pitch, and we needed to move our net to that direction. Since we use the net in our garage, this full mouth net allows us to do different reps without moving the net location. Downside of this full mouth net is that it does not have enough depth, therefore you will have more balls bouncing back toward the batter. I guess you don't have this issue when using it on softer surface. Like the other brand, we think the weakest point of the product is where fiber glass poles meet metal. Our last two PowerNet with pocket broke there, but this full mouth net is still lasting after using 11 month. I wish PowerNet sells replacement piece, not the entire replacement frame.
