I received two "d" parts and no "c" part. who do i contact to get the correct "c" part?

Separate extension rod is not available in our store. You can purchase a set of 16-88'' and 16-144'' to reach 191''. But then you will have 2 extra end caps and 1 telescopic rod.

Product was not what I wanted and then found out a returning a product that was not “damaged “ is costly. The reason of not wanted meant I had to pay $30 to return. Product not worth it and now stuck with it. Read the fine print before you buy. This one is on me!
