BARE PERFORMANCE NUTRITION, BPN Strong Joints, Joint Support Capsules, UC-ll®, Joint Comfort, Mobility and Flexibility

Im going to preface this story by saying BPN has NOT paid me or given me anything for free in exchange for this review. Im not promoting an affiliate link either. I'm just a happy customer sharing a real story in hopes that I can help at least one person out there. I had developed what could only be described as a SEVERE case of "runner's knee." To the point that I couldn't walk, I had to waddle and limp and each step was so painful. My knees had almost no stability. They would buckle on stairs. I had to grab the railing and the wall and lower myself gently onto each step. Just sitting in a chair, my knees felt like they were pulling apart. my job requires a lot of walking and each day my condition seemed to get worse. I was positive I had damaged my knees to the point of likely needing surgery. I was preparing myself mentally for medical bills and a long recovery. And then I came across this freaking blessing of a supplement. I shrugged my shoulders and said "it's worth a shot. If my condition doesn't improve I'll go see a doctor." Within just 3 days I had a noticeable improvement in my pain. I was able to walk a little more normal and at least get through a work day. Still some pain when walking though. By the end of week 1 I was able to go on a long distance walk 2-3 miles pain free. I was absolutely amazed and it felt like a borderline miracle. Running and jumping were still a no-go, though. I kept taking a pill each day as directed. And Each day my pain would get a little better and at the end of week 2 I was able to actually run 2 miles! I was only a little sore the next day but it was easily manageable. After a couple days of rest I went on another 2 mile run! And here I am now, ending week 3 and I'm confident I can run, jump, and squat worry free. UCII-collagen is no joke and I'm a believer. If you're experiencing joint pain or injury you owe it to yourself to give this supplement a shot.

Great product, only in 10 days so far but have noticed less strain on joints after longer runs. May be placebo but all good so far. Would love to see a 60 day supply option.

I've had a pain on my knee on and off for years, after fiscal activity specially running sometimes it was bad for a couple days, I bought some of those cushion running shoes and they helped alot, but sometimes the small pain was still there, I took these pills 💊 I'm sure they have anti-inflammatory because with the first pill the pain went away for days, I don't take them every day, just before running and maybe one .more time during the week,a total of 3 times a week maybe. I just started taking them about 2 weeks ago and it's been great, I can run 10k with no pain or very minimum with my hoka shoes and some bracelets on my knees for protection. These pills have been amazing so far.
