Global Babies: 1

This is a favourite book to gift to a new baby. I get positive feedback about how much the babies ( when a little older) love this book. Babies love faces and so they love this book. It is very well made and photographs are beautiful

Our son absolutely loves this book. He's suddenly obsessed with this book and keeps wanting to read this book over and over! He loves the pictures of other babies. He's also in a biting phase, and the book is not the strongest of board books, which means we may have to purchase another copy!

My 16 month old absolutely adores this book, along with the Global Baby Girls book too. The photographs are stunning, showing babies from different part of the world, of different ethnicities and cultures. The story is short and simple, with a positive message that all babies are special and loved! Would definitely recommend this book, especially as the proceeds go to charity!

My granddaughter 9 months, liked this book as the detailed faces and head clothing made it interesting to talk about. Only I white baby with blue eyes in the book. This is not a criticism but an observation.

I love this book. It is just the right size for my seven month old to turn around and around, she loves the bright colours and baby faces. My husband and I were delighted as there is a picture from Malawi where we met. The text is short but sweet, besides my daughter much prefers the pictures to storyline at the moment. (When she is not trying to eat the book!) If I had to make a criticism it would be that there is no British baby and that some of the photos look a tiny bit dated. But this by no means lessens our enjoyment of this book. If any of my friends have a baby in the future, this is definitely being bought again.

I just love reading this to my children so they can understand the diversity of people.

Brilliant picture book for teaching anti racism at a young age.

I bought this for my 3 1/2 year old niece who is about to become a big sister. She is facinated by all the different babies from around the world and likes hearing which countries they are from. Her favourite is the little girl wearing jewellery. Part of the attraction of this book is the fact that money goes to the Global Fund for Children.

Great pictures about babies. Like they say there is 2 photos (as i can remember) for usa babies. Wish they put different nationality

I show this book every morning to my 7month old baby to introduce her to different babies in the world... and she really enjoys it... we greet them good morning every day... and sometimes she wants to kiss them good morning 😃 too...

Our two-year-old granddaughter can't get enough of this one. Such sweet babies.

I bought this for my baby hoping to find friendly baby faces smiling back at me from the pages. Instead the babies are quite sad looking and I dont feel they represent the world equally. USA has two babies meanwhile there is only 1 baby from all of Europe. Great idea for a book but could be a lot better.
