The Pocket Whittler II is designed for pocket carry (as the name implies). This is a small and thin folding pocket knife. When this knife is folded it fits easily in a pocket or purse. As a result, a belt case is not needed, included or offered.

Where is this 2020 version made and how is it different from the older model?

No country of manufacture shown anywhere, simply reads "Mastercarver 440C Steel" It is hard to close. Can't answer re older model but provided the older model is still sharp and does the job, why replace?
