Brilliant product dissolves excellently in cold or hot drinks. Does not alter the taste of the drinks. I have a sensitive stomach and this has not brought on any side effects. Can definitely see a difference in my lifts, lifting slightly heavier and recovering better.

It mixes well enough and the powder seems good quality, but I didn't feel any improvement in my energy or performance during workouts.
