Eizo EV2455-BK 24-Inch LCD/LED Monitor - Black

This is a really good monitor. Its additional vertical resolution (16:10 native) allows documents and web pages to be viewed without the continuous scrolling that is necessary with the more prevalent 16:9 format monitors. Its performance is excellent and with very good eco-credentials. My unit was delivered minus its USB cable and this was rectified very rapidly bty Eizo's UK support unit who proved to be friendly and helpful.

Awesome monitor.

I've had this monitor for a week and it really is superb. Text is beautifully clear, and my pics look very true colourwise, much better than on my old HP and Dell Ultrasharp monitors. The eco setting looked a bit dim in a darkened room, but given time I realised that it was much more comfortable to work with. It brightens up considerably when the sun's out and, although it can be adjusted, standard settings now seem about right. There is a 'DICOM' medical mode which is brilliantly bright. Good range of connections. My main machine, a Mac Mini, is plugged in the HDMI, and the (very) old HP I use for Windows in the VGA. I've even had the work laptop in the DP port. There is a DVI as well. Now for the flies in the ointment. Firstly, the power lead was a Euro connector rather than a UK one. Easily replaced with a spare that I had around, but anyone else buying may need to be aware. Secondly the speakers are hopeless tinny things not even up to the clipon HP and Dell ones I've used on my other monitors. Thankfully there is an audio out so it's easy enough to hook up better ones or use headphones. Overall a very good purchase.

I will update later. Beware anyone buying despite the list of accessories supposedly provided advising that signal cables (note plural) and usb cables supplied. No hdmi or dvi cables are included. (A 2m display port cable was in the pack). Very disappointing as I need a 2m hdmi lead to connect to my system. I wouldn't have minded purchasing the cables had I known in advance. However for the price it seemed reasonable to assume that these would arrive as stated. Very disappointing so far. I will update when I get the cable. Amazon don't exactly make it easy to sort this out. Seems the only option is to return the entire package to sort this which I really don't want to do. Hope this helps those thinking of buying

This is super-ECO (++ for ECO functions) LED monitor with horrible edge light leaks, terrible speakers sound (my Ericsson mobile plays better sound), disastrous stand (you need all of your 3 hands to tilt that work-out), glamour toilet tissues paper mode colours (ok for Financial Times or local Yellow Pages) and great overpricing (worth circa 50-55% of street price). I'd go for NEC next time (I have 2 NECs and 1 Dell right now, and I got this EIZO EV2455 two times: the first and the last one EIZO in my house).

Nun will ich auch mal meine Meinung zum besten geben. Gesucht war ein 24 Zoll Display, IPS Panel, integr. Lautsprecher, Auflösung 1920*1200, HDM und Displayport, gute Qualität, bis 500 Euro. Da man einen Monitor meist länger nutzt als einen PC sollte es etwas hochwertiges sein. Ich habe aufgrund einiger schlechter Rezensionen etwas gezögert... Doch ich bin schlussendlich positiv überrascht. PRO: Super Bild. Keine Pixelfehler, kein Flackern, o.ä. Auch der Standfuß ist entgegen anders lautenden Meinungen super. Steht bombenfest. Kein Wackeln. Das Display lässt sich nach oben und unten schieben ohne dass man den Standfuß festhalten muss. Perfekt. So muss das sein !!! Die Touch-Bedientasten sind sehr gut zu bedienen. Im übrigen gibt es da noch eine Software von Eizo, die man im Supportbereich bekommt. Damit lassen sich dann auch sämtliche Einstellungen vornehmen. Auch die Multi-Monitor Verwaltung ist damit zu machen. Setzt allerdings eine USB Verbindung mit dem beiliegenden USB-Kabel voraus. Die EcoView-Funktion ist nun wirklich klasse! Je nach Umgebungslicht regelt der Monitor automatisch die Helligkeit. Viele weitere Features... CONTRA: Die integrierten Lautsprecher sind aufgrund des fehlenden Volumens kein Multimediaerlebnis. Für den Officebereich/Systemtöne aber ausreichend. Wie bei IPS Displays wohl üblich, habe auch ich einen kleinen Lichthof mittig rechts am Rand, der ohne Hilfsmittel zu sehen ist. Allerdings sehe ich den nur bei einem schwarzen Testbild, bzw. kurz beim Ein- und Ausschalten. Bei allen anderen Farben ist nichts mehr wahrzunehmen und im normalen Betrieb auch nicht. FAZIT: Ich bin rundum zufrieden. Tolles Bild, tolle Verarbeitung, tolle Ausstattung. Allerdings zu einem stolzen Preis.

Ottimo Monitor, la spesa di 100 euro in più rispetto al modello dell-u2415 che monta lo stesso pannello Lg ne è valsa la pena, schermo privo di difetti o aloni luminosi. Il Monitor è veramente molto luminoso tanto da dover impostare una luminosità inferiore al valore 50 sul massimo di 100, inoltre utilizzo il monitor sia collegato al Pc fisso e ad un portatile con due connessioni separate, sono rimasto positivamente sorpreso quando ho visto che le impostazioni personalizzate per le diverse uscite rimangono in memoria, ogni volta che si cambia sorgente video in ingresso utilizza le ultime impostazioni in più per ogni monitor si hanno diverse opzioni di visualizzazione di cui due completamente configurabili. Ottima anche la base veramente solida e che permette con pochi gesti di cambiare l'inclinazione orizzontale e verticale del monitor con pochi fluidi gesti senza scatti preimpostati. Cornice praticamente assente 5mm. utilizzo prevalente con Cad con settaggi della temperatura del colore molto bassa il video è veramente gradevole e la vista non si affatica. Per ultimo una nota, il tempo di risposta di 5 ms che mi aveva preoccupato per eventuali applicazioni gaming con la comparsa di aloni o trascinamenti in realtà non ha dato nessun problema, provato sia con sparatutto e con giochi di auto non ho riscontrato nessun problema anzi è uno spettacolo, pur arrivando da un monitor da 2 ms non ho notato differenze.

Ich bin kein Grafiker oder Designer, daher sind meine Ansprüche vielleicht nicht maßgeblich, dennoch empfehle ich diesen Monitor jedem, der viel Bildschirmarbeit zutun hat und gelegentlich auch mal mit Gimp ein Foto bearbeiten will. Ich finde die Farbwiedergabe sehr schön. Am besten ist der Präsenz-Sensor (DPMS sollte man dann am Rechner abschalten, weil der Monitor sonst nicht automatisch beim Davorsetzen an geht) und der Helligkeitssensor (der übrigens sehr sanft reagiert). Das ist etwas, was ich bei Notebooks vermisse. Die Kaufentscheidung war damals aber die Ergonomie des Monitors. Er lässt sich sehr tief einstellen und das beinahe randlose Design lässt den übrigen Platz auf meinem Schreibtisch wieder größer aussehen. sehr positiv überrascht hat mich der dynamische Kontrast. Ein Wechsel von einem dunkelgrauen URXVT-Terminal zu einem Browserfenster mit weißem Hintergrund ist Augen-schonender als bei anderen Monitoren, die ich bisher hatte; es erinnert ein bisschen an einen Fernseher, nur das bei EIZO das ganze besser mit Schrift funktioniert. Für Bildbearbeitung sind solche Features natürlich hinderlich, aber es gibt Schnelltasten um das alles bei Bedarf abzuschalten.

Sono innumerevoli le qualità di questo prodotto, adatto sia per uso ufficio che utilizzo gaming dati i tempi di risposta di 5ms dichiarati nelle specifiche del produttore. Per il resto segnalo una buona dotazione di connessioni, ottima gestione del risparmio energetico, innumerevoli possibilità di regolazione sia delle immagini che della posizione dello schermo, ottima qualità di immagine e un design che lo fa ben figurare in qualunque postazione, che sia di lavoro o casalinga. Classe di Efficienza Energetica EER A+ (con consumo max.* 49 W, 13 W tipici, meno di 0,3 W in modalità off, 0 W con interruttore di alimentazione spento). Aggiungo i 5 anni di garanzia Eizo. In definitiva ottimo prodotto. Unico punto veramente scarso l' audio (1+1w di qualità paragonabile a quello di uno smartphone, giusto per farmi capire) ma non è un problema in quanto sapevo già all' acquisto, oltretutto non ho mai fatto affidamento negli audio integrati disponendo di un audio a parte di qualità. Segnalo che il pannello montato in questo monitor EV2455 (versione 1920x1200) è un LG LM240WUA-SSA1, che è lo stesso montato nel Dell modello U2415 che costa oltre 150 euro in meno. Certo, ci saranno anche delle differenze su tutto il resto (un monitor non è solo il pannello), ma per chi non ritiene indispensabili la maggiore dotazione di uscite, la garanzia di 5 anni, i vari sensori per risparmio energetico ed altre cosette col Dell potrà risparmiare un bel po' di soldi portandosi a casa un pannello di pari qualità.

Il monitor lo trovo molto molto buono a soddisfatto le mie aspettative, ma sto aspettando ancora una risposta dall'assistenza; gli altoparlanti ok che sono piccoli ma peggio di un monitor da ufficio da quattro soldi no ...non mi serve un impianto HI-FI, ma se devi fare un mini montaggio video oppure altro sono una cosa assurda (da mal di testa) ...non è che gracchiano perché vuol dire che sarebbero rotti ma il suono è paragonabile a quanto o detto; spero che sia solo un mio problema!!!
