Scrunch Knots Fox - Internal Knotted Ropes and Minimal Stuffing for Less Mess - For Small/Medium Dogs

Other than Kong tiny tennis balls, the only toy my wee Yorkie (5.5 lbs) would play with is Kong’s ‘Squiggles’ (we are on #5, & he’s just about to turn 10 months. So I am so happy my best beloved has finally turned his attention to this Fox because it seem to be designed for problem teething, which we have in spades. The Fox is so sturdy that I can lift my Yorkie off the floor when he’s ‘killing’ Foxy, and that is a good thing! My Yorkie has at least eight puppy teeth that has not come out even though the adult teeth are completely in. And yes, fellow PETA & SPCA members, he is scheduled to have his stubborn puppy teeth removed, & I only lift him one inch off the floor. I adore my Yorkie! So I am thrilled he has found Kong’s Fox to tug on and to work his very sore little mouth. This toy is so amazingly constructed! I only wish Kong made a smaller version for those of us with toy-size, feists. They are natural ferreted, so they are extremely strong & predacious. And almost no one is making suitable toys for these dogs. They may look like Christmas stocking stuffers, but the kill rats with a single bite & a shake and need toy appropriate to their instincts. This toy & Squiggles are keeper, but 95% of the €200+ I have spent on toys for my wee Yorkie have gone to my local no-kill animal shelter. I would appreciate it so much if Amazon could pass that suggestion on. Anyway, superb toy!!!

This toy is pretty large for my 4kg cavapoo puppy but she loves it and insists she can carry it in her mouth while jumping on the sofa... it doesn't always go quite to her plan but she gets there in the end. Has lasted a good week of chewing daily with no evidence of any damage to the poor fox. Will update if there is any change to that as she's got another month at least of teething to go! She has destroyed a number of other toys (cuddlies and rubber teething chews) so I think she's a good tester

we are currently on our second "foxy" kong toy. This is my dogs absolute favourite toy. She loves the squeaking sound and often just sits there squeaking it. She is a whippet staffie cross type dog. She loves to play tug of war or fetch with Foxy. She quickly learnt the name for this toy and fetches it. She is distraught when it needs a wash and greets it like a long lost friend when it has dried again. This toy is not indestructible and will eventually break ( for us at the nose as she eventually chews it through to the squeaker) but certainly lasts longer than some other toys.

Had it less than a week and it’s already torn apart by the head / neck. And my puppy has taken the rope out of middle .

My dog loves this but unfortunately the squeeker broke after about 10 minutes.

I have so many kong toys it's a bit silly to be honest, we have 2 of these in the small/medium which our dog loves to run around with but wanted one to play with her so we went a size up. Worried would be too big but it's perfect, she can carry alone if wants but it's long enough that can hold and play tug etc. She's a miniature schnauzer (8kg) so smallish breed. But it's def big enough for larger breeds as well, and true to kong standard it's sturdy and cops with a lot of rough play

We are on our second ‘Mr Fox’ now with the third on order. These toys are simply excellent. My dog is a power chewer. When she wants to she can bite through any lead in a moment, rips stuffing out of any toy I have bought her and destroys shoes in seconds. But she loves soft toys! The kong Fox is a great compromise, soft, fluffy but with the knotted rope inside for her to sink her teeth into. No stuffing so she doesn’t want to disembowel it. As with other reviews- yes if your dog chews like mental and you leave the toy down 24/7 they will rip the rope out. That’s what dogs do! It doesn’t mean the toy is bad, it means you own a dog! But you can either sew the rope back in or have two toys! In summary- strong enough to play tuggy with and will withstand a few months of chomping before the rope comes out as long as you supervise play. No stuffing for the dog to inhale/choke on and squeaker is really securely inside the head (can be removed if need be). If you don’t leave it down all the time it will last longer, but I feel it’s a very safe toy to leave out if you forget to tidy it away. Will be ordering again and again :)

Mon Cocker déchiquette régulièrement ses doudous celui-ci est parfait, très solide. Et comme il adore tirer et que ce jouet est en corde à l'intérieur, ça permet de supers moments de jeux. Même le squezz-squezz marche encore 2 mois après, alors que c'est la première chose qu'il casse d'habitude

El mejor juguete para perro que he tenido. cuando se acaba rompiendo la capa externa de peluche, porque no hay nada eterno... te queda la cuerda de nudos del interior, que no hay quien la rompa. El pito de la cabeza es genial. A los perros les encanta. Se lava fácilmente y queda como nuevo. No se despelucha. Se acaba rompiendo según va royendo la tela o las costuras el perro. Según el perro que tengas y sus dientes, te durara mas o menos, claro... Llegó rapido y todo bien. Es el segundo que tengo ya y lo volvería a comprar.

My dog has jaws of steel and no toy has ever held up as long as this one has. My pup prefers to find the stitching on toys and work at it and then rip out all of the stuffing and squeakers. This toy has no stuffing and she has not been working at any of the stitching on it, she hasn't really even messed with the squeaker I think she really likes playing with the knots inside. This is by far her favorite toy and Its been one of the most durable toys for not much of an investment! I will purchase again in the future if "foxy" finally meets her demise.
