Can these be used as light to come on at night and stay on rather than motion sensor

Yes. There are 4 settings. Off, on (dim) then bright when motion is detected, on (full power) and off until motion is detected. They are also a lot brighter than I was expecting (for a battery/solar) light. I'm very happy with the 4 that I have 👍

how do you remove cover on solar panel????

There is no cover that we could see we just put them up and they work brilliantly
