Spoke with customer service gave me this item number saying that the visor is 20 in rather than the 30in which is it?

If you are ordering the replacement visors for a '97 - '02 Wrangler TJ, then each visor is 20 inches. These are a direct replacement for the OEM visors. You will need to keep the original hardware (screws) for the install. Shouldn't take more than 20 minutes, total, to install both. I've had mine for a couple of years now, and they look great and work as the originals.

I have the mounting screws. What I really need is the black plastic piece on the mounting bracket. Is that included?

Ron,Yes, the black piece that commonly breaks is included. Thanks
