Perfect for my mini 3. Doesn’t affect flight performance at all in my testing. Does help to keep the motor away from grass, dirt or anything you wouldn’t want damaging the drone. It may take away a slight bit of battery life but that’s expected, but for me I haven’t noticed anything significant to the battery life. I’d say it was a quality purchase.

Weighs almost nothing at all. does not seem to affect flight and folds up for easy storage. At first I thought it wouldn’t stay on, but then I realized I had it too far forward. Even in windy conditions does not seem to affect the drone.

After 5 flight hours of use. This thing stays on the drone, even on Sport mode at 35 mph this thing isn't going anywhere!!

This is a must have for the Mini 3 and more cost effective than using a landing pad. Also, a landing pad takes up space where this folds down and easily stores in the side pocket of the small case that came with the drone. As others have mentioned, it must be removed to change out the battery but I don't find that to be a nuisance. It is lightweight, easy to snap into place, and keeps my drone at a clearance enough to warrant the purchase. The plastic isn't heavy and flexes slightly so is light enough that it doesn't affect the drone flight or battery usage in normal conditions.
