Cafetiere Stainless Steel Coffee Press Double Wall French Press 4 Cup (Silver, 600ml)

After one too many accidents with glass/plastic ones I wanted metal. Liked the look of them, they are indeed very ergonomic. Robust, and they come with two spare filters. The double skin build certainly keep the coffee hotter. The "4 cup" version holds enough for 2 mugs. I dismantle the filter assembly after every use for better cleaning, you need to make sure everything is screwed up tight again afterwards. There was something in the instructions about only using coarse ground coffee (I think it said, before I threw it away) but it works perfectly with your normal bags of filtered coffee. Excellent, delighted.

Look no further - you've found the one. Having tried several glass cafetiers without much joy (glass jug fell out, plunger didn't reach the bottom, glass broke) I came across this press and it is a game changer. This cafetier looks so stylish out of the box (it really is elegant and timeless) and the superior quality is immediately apparent. It is also thermally insulated to keep coffee hot for up to an hour. It's so easy to use and there are no loose or ill fitting parts. The calibrations on the inside of the jug are useful and take away the guess work. The shaped spout pours perfectly - no drips. The coffee tastes perfect every time. Manual cleaning is easy and straightforward and it will go in the dishwasher. This is the one!

Handle was slightly bent out of the box but doesn't affect usability. Overall a good product, great for just two cups. Avoid frothing milk in it, spurts out the top regardless of lid.

Sturdy and stylish french press, quite heavy which I like, feels and looks high quality. Keeps the heat really well, thanks for double side walls. Coffee tastes lovely too, couldn’t recommend more.

Smaller than expected but still a very lovely cafetiere and value for money

I am hugely impressed with this. It looks great and makes superb coffee. I like that it comes with a spare filter and that there's a subtle little arrow on the lid to tell you where to rotate it prior to pouring. It keeps your second cup nice and hot, which is great. One note: make sure your coffee is c mug.oarse ground otherwise you will get bits at the bottom of your cup or mug.

The press holds less than 1.5L. Probably more like 1.2L. There is a measuring scale on the inside that actually only goes up to 1.4L, but filling it that high forces the coffee out of the spout once the plunger is inserted. Also, not good enough quality. This is an expensive press, but it feels like a camping pot. It is not stable and rocks about as the base is not perfectly flat.

Parfait! Facile d'utilisation et saveur du café préservée. Matériau en inox, donc sain. Facile à nettoyer. Bonne qualité. Par contre, ne tient pas bien la chaleur.

Arrived with a broken handle

Elle est jolie, elle est classe, elle filtre bien, elle est de grande contenance, elle garde le café au chaud toute la matinée (isotherme), elle est facile à nettoyer. Ça vaut le coup !
