Worked easily with Windows 11 and the picture quality is fine. I haven't really used the microphone since I use a different one.

I think I need more lighting in my office but works fine.

This provides much better video quality than the laptop camera.

Easy to plug in, no drivers to load, and works exactly as expected for all Teams and Zoom calls.

Does what I need.

The first time I used this camera, it worked fine. The second and third times I used it. I had a lot of problems. The second time it took over an hour for me to get the Picture to screen tech with me behind the scenes and finally it started to work, but it was not because of tech services but because of the way I wiggled it. The third time I used it the picture showed on the computer, but there was a big black spot covering the left side of the screen. I was taking a Proctored exam and the exam will probably be kicked back because of this. Poor quality.

I honestly did not like the quality of this camera. I guess you get what you paid for.. It is good for maybe a quick phone call if you need it, but I ended up returning this one and investing a more expensive one for better quality
