As a long time k&n user, I had no problems deciding to use this intake. As other reviewers stated, two of the hose clamps included were too small and I had to buy some. I also had no luck getting the heat shield mounted in the car. I decided to leave it out for now. I plan to try again later and probably make some small modifications to the mounting z brackets to get it to fit. As far as the actual performance of the intake, absolutely love it! I can definitely feel the added torque and the intake noise when the mivec system kicks in is amazing. The looks of the engine bay is greatly improved. I will get the heat shield installed, but only 4 stars because of the clamps and install issues. Overall the performance is awesome and I would buy another in a heartbeat!

El producto no viene como en la foto y venía pieza que no corresponde como una estafa al igual que no venía el reflector lo malo que lo pedí en fechas que no se trabaja incluso ni venía en su caja en kyn venía en una caja cualquiera

I really like this product I won’t lie, but man it’s not conducive to a $350 product. As all the other reviews say, one of the hose clamps is too small. The other two were perfect, but the one for the actual filter does not fit. There were more than a handful of issues with the installation so you do have to know what you’re doing. I do have the automatic eclipse, and I was able to get it to fit without cutting any holes, but man there was a lot of stupidity. Great sound though, it’s honestly amazing and if you’re willing to accept the price and have the know how, I would highly highly suggest that you’d buy it, because the sound is just godly. I don’t even have an exhaust. After this modification I don’t even think I’ll need one!! Also- this intake will NOT improve performance in any appreciable way. It is renowned in the 4G Eclipse community for being a "hot" air intake and hurts performance more than it helps, which for $350 is incredibly disappointing. It still sounds great, but just something to keep in mind as these engines already run on the warmer side.
