This is a cheap rubbery plastic compass. The needle doesn't move, it's purely a decoration and not a very good one. Worth $5 at most.

Is made of thick rubbery plastic like a rubber duckie. Would be ok for a child that throws things, and it is a bulky item. Red and white part seems to sort of function as a compass
