I got this double-sided heavy-duty tape to help with small fixes around the house, especially things that normally fall off like peel-and-stick lights and lightweight decorations. It has honestly become something I reach for a lot instead of using glue or nails. The setup is very simple. I just cut the tape to the size I need, stick it on the surface, and press the item firmly in place. The order comes with a full roll of transparent tape, and it’s ready to use right away without any tools or extra steps. What I like most is how strong the hold is. It sticks well to smooth surfaces and keeps things in place even when used for decorations or light household items. I also used it for outdoor lights, and it stayed secure without peeling off. The tape feels durable and thick, and it doesn’t turn yellow or look messy once applied since it’s clear. It blends in nicely, which makes it good for projects where you don’t want the tape to be visible. One thing to be careful about is placement. Once it sticks, it holds very firmly, so it’s not easy to reposition without losing some of the grip. I learned quickly that you want to line things up properly the first time. The only small con is that removal can be a bit tricky depending on the surface, so it’s best used when you’re sure about where you want things to stay. Overall, I think it’s worth it if you need a strong, no-drill solution for hanging or fixing lightweight items around the house. It’s simple, strong, and very convenient for everyday use

I live in a high wind area and have a fourth floor balcony. Nothing stay where it is put, until I found this stuff. Our outdoor rug has not moved since using it in several strategic spots. I have even put it under the four legs of an outdoor table and it has not budged. I have used it to hold a wide variety of mounting and this stuff hold strong when you clean the area before sticking it. A really great item that I will repurchase.

Works as described

Will keep rug corners in place and not let them stick up and trip you. I just used it on the corners but haven't tried to vacuum the rug yet, so I don't know if the rug will stay down while vacuuming.

I have found more projects and items to use this on then I can count and it's only been a few days since I've received the product. This is an amazing mounting tape and probably the best product I've used. I use it both at home and at work to fix things that otherwise may not even be able to get fixed. Definitely appears to hold its weight of 120 lb. Easy to remove, yet very sticky. Great value and easy to use. I like that the plastic covering the one side of the tape, easily peels off. It appears nearly invisible when applied.

Very disappointing. Weak adhesion and does not unroll easy making it difficult to work with. Returned the unopened product and went back to Alien Tape. Was trying to use on stainless steel corner guards being adhered to drywall, wood, and metal. Pay the small amount more for Alien Tape

Great product

Have purchased twice and will buy more. I use it everywhere, inside and out. Very strong and have yet to see it wear out. Large roll goes a long way. I love this tape
