A great supplement.

After years of feeling sluggish, foggy, and just off, I finally found a supplement that supports my thyroid the way I need it to. Products I have to use to see the effects first

This is a multivitamin supplement that was designed for those with thyroid problems. It has most of the vitamins that you find in a traditional multivitamin along with several minerals that are beneficial to the thyroid, like copper, selenium, and chromium. I appreciate that it does not contain any herbal extracts that you might find in some of the less traditional multivitamin supplements as these ingredients seem to have less research data to justify their use. This supplement does not include Vitamin K1, which is the most common form of Vitamin K provided in multivitamins. Instead it comes with one of the forms of K2 (listed on the label as Vitamin K as Menaquinone-7). It is my understanding that most of us get plenty of K1 in our diets, but seniors like me are typically deficient in K2. Vitamin K2 works well for bone health in combination with the form of Vitamin D that is included - D3 (listed on the label as Vitamin D as Cholecalciferol). This is a very good supplement and I am pleased with it.

Not what I expected. Will not order again missing some key ingredients I should have checked before I ordered I thought it was another product looked similar.
