Hello brought this but it’s come with no honey jar what do I need to do ?

I would contact customer service and explain that it came without the honey jar. Or return it and get a refund! If it was me I'd take a Pic of the product as it should help. So you only got the lip balm? Can't think why no jar. Hope you can resolve this issue.

Do these make your lips feel tacky, you know kinda sticky and clumps?

This lip balm has a matte finish which you may find feels tackier than a gloss lip balm. I personally prefer the matte finish and I don't mind the feel of it at all. I certainly wouldn't describe it as sticky or clumpy though.

Are these the regular size lip balms or mini versions?
