I am a huge Simple Mills fan.....but...so far this is their number one product. They are easy to make and best made with Coconut oil. I really like how big the serving and how filling they are. These are so good! Easy to make and last quite a while covered and in the fridge. The Amazon price is much better than my local grocery store as well. They had the lowest carb/sugar content of any gluten free brownies I have found. They have a nice texture, not gritty or dry, very moist and you can taste the chocolate chips in them.

These are SO chocolately - a real, cacao flavor. I made Betty Crocker after I made these, and the Betty Crocker brownies were just AWFUL in comparison - pink-tinged, flowery-tasting, barely chocolate - absolutely awful. Simple Mills is the best brand I've found for sweet treats without gluten. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
