Hi is this ok for clothing car seats!?!

It says that it is OK for spot cleaning carpets, but test first. Personally I would use a specific cleaner for car seats.

can I use this on bike gear cassettes?

I wouldn't think it will be very good at cleaning oil off things. Wynns brake cleaner would be better.

Depends what you mean by "conductive" because anything can be considered to be conductive given sufficient voltage. The product description states "Avoid electrical contacts". I use this as a surface cleaner. I know from experience that flooding the foam spray over a keyboard will cause issues, but spraying on to a cloth and then wiping a keyboard has not caused me any problems.
