I have many pieces of artwork that I've painted that I need to frame for shows. Professional framing costs are expensive and for pieces I'm keeping I will pay the price, but for pieces that I'm going to sell, high framing costs adds so much to the price of the piece (and then people might want to change the frame). This Point Driver tool has been a lifesaver when it comes to me making my own frames or ordering frames online for less money. The tool is easy to use. I did not have any problems pulling the trigger (easier than a standard staple gun) and being able to adjust the depth of the point is a great advantage. This tool worked as well as the much more expensive ones that I looked at. The points are flexible enough to bend up if you need to remove you artwork from the frame, yet are very sturdy at holding the artwork, mat, and glass in the frame. I would suggest you place the side of the frame against a hard surface when shooting the point in since the pressure could separate the frame from itself at the corners. Very reasonably priced and a good tool to have for artists.
