Does this fits with any shower hose, I have got electric Mira shower

Hi, it's a universal fitting. Jan @ JC Ryder Limited

Yes. It's good shower head, water feels more soft. Can feel the difference with water pressure.

I bought this for my dad for christmas but someone told him they can explode now he won’t use it. anyone else heard this?

Just going though the reviews on amazon on this shower head but different sellers and I’ve seen comments and even pictures of it exploding

Has anyone tried this in a touring caravan?

You will need good water pressure its not very good on our 12v portable shower, I bought it to improve the pressure but was actually worse.
