I purchased this because of issues with my hip and knee. As a side sleeper, I thought it would help to place a pillow between my knee when I slept to relieve some of the pressure. This worked a lot better than I thought it would. It's a perfect size and firmness and surprisingly, does not get dislodged during the night. There are other brands with a strap on them to go around your leg, but then it's a hassle to remove it in the night if for some reason you want to remove it. This one stays in place without the hassle of a band attached to your leg and is easy to remove if you want to. It's provided me some pain relief and was well worth the purchase price.

As a side sleeper this is a life saver. I felt a lot less back and hip pain when using this because it helps your body to better align. It’s firm enough but not uncomfortable. I’ve been using it for over six months and it’s held its shape and functions the same as it did on day one. It takes a little getting used to and some time to find the right positioning but once you figure those things out it really makes for a better sleep and a pain free morning. I highly recommend this product.

After trying several small pillows I already owned that really offered no support, I bit the bullet and decided to order one that was actually designed for side sleeping. So far this pillow has really made a difference! I don’t use it all night every night, but I’ve found that if I wake up in the middle of the night with lower back pain, using it offers immediate relief from the pressure. It’s comfortable and fits my legs well. I’m a naturally hot sleeper so I do get a little hot while using it, even now in the colder weather, so I’m not sure how it’s going to be during the warmer months. Fingers crossed that I won’t need it anymore by then! I also don’t love the fact that white was the only color choice for the cover, but I appreciate that it’s removable and washable.

This is a good size and thickness for me at 6" 4". It might be a bit large if you are a smaller person. The firmness is nice and firm and it works better than other pillows I have tried. I like the removable cover but it is a pain to get the cushion back into it properly. Overall a nice product.

It really is may be too short for the task, but if you don’t want a pillow between your legs, this is a better option for leg pain and keeping one leg slightly elevated or not rubbing on the other

I like the knee pillow, but don't use it as much as I thought I would. It definitely makes it easier change sides in bed. You really don't even needs to sit up or use your hands to shift the pillow. Just clamp your knees together and roll over. However, an actual pillow would be more comfortable. The knee pillow isn't uncomfortable, it's just more of a personal thing I suppose. If you move your legs a lot to get comfortable a regular pillow would work better. A regular pillow can be a pain if you change positions a lot at night.

I bought this knee pillow for my 86 year old grandmother, since she's non mobile and her knees are always touching while she's asleep and she complains of pain! So, I took matter into my own hands and ordered this knee pillow to see if it would help relieve her pain!! I placed an order and got shipment pretty quicky!! I placed it between her knees and worked out just great!! No more knee hurting her at night due to knees touching each other, thanks to this knee pillow! I am glad we found a solution for her knee problem! Update: Unfortunately she recently passed away, but I am content knowing we tried to make her confy as possible! Thanks to this knee pillow, she was able to sleep confy at night!
