This is exactly what I thought it would be. Product meets my expectations. Just be careful buying it if you do not have the correct floors for it. It only works on my kitchen floors. No tiles, no wooden floors it will not suction on them.

Highly disappointed. Bought this so I can workout at home. Iys been a struggle ever since. It doesnt stay on the ground. Complete let down. The suction SUCKS if the suction part that sticks to the floor was better it would be a 5 star.

Very very good work out. Superbly effective for keeping your abs, especially, in young boy shape. I am in my eighties and have to wear an Armour like an ancient Roman soldier. Otherwise the young women would Haul me away like a prey caught on the prairie.

Does not stick to wood floors despite claiming it does. Not on wood seams and with or without damping the suction cup.

I like it but doesn’t stick very well in my floor and I have wood floor so it should stick but this one doesn’t .

I wasn't sure that it was going to work but it secured to my ceramic tiles and when I went to do my sit ups. It's been a week or so now since I've been using and I still have no complaints. I would definitely recommend this product.

At first I could not get the suction device to stick at all on my wood floor in my home office, where I wanted to work out. I was ready to return it, but tried it also on the parquet wood floor in the basement, the concrete surface there, the granite in the kitchen etc. On any other surface there was a very strong grip suitable for sit-ups. My office floor has narrow planks of oak. I assume it's the grooves in the narrow flooring planks letting the air in, so plan to use it on wide planks only. I confirmed this in the basement, with its wide plank flooring. If you put the cup over one of the (albeit very small) grooves in the parquet floor there was absolutely no suction, but if you slid the cup over an inch so that the wide plank completely covers the cup, there is very tight suction. So- plan ahead!
