Can I buy only brown ink pens? Brown is so nice to write with but hard to find

They only come in black only or multicolored (which does have a brown pen), but they don’t come as brown only.

Any advice for when these pens start to skip? I’ve tried 2 different pens that both worked great for a bit but are now skipping. Only 3 months old!

They do write on transparent post its, but they do smear on the plastic film. I had to be careful not to touch it while it dried.
