After a brief stint with analysis paralysis over stock vs. OD/UD diff ratios, I decided to go with these for both stock plastic front and rear axle housings and change gear ratios later when I upgrade to the Diamond axles. The two shim washers provided give you ample adjustment range, and after mixing and matching I found the perfect combo (both washers in front diff and only one in the rear). If you’re reading these reviews and you’re worried about potential binding, as I was a week ago, be sure to grease up the gears a little before making adjustments. It’s a little messier, but it gave me the honest feedback I needed to ensure everything was shimmed properly and I wasn’t just fighting dry helical gears. Also, I highly recommend getting the bearing upgrade kit and ditching the bushings, as this makes the whole machine buttery smooth now. I have zero binding through full steering articulation and the power delivery is unmuted.
