I bought this for my grandson's 3rd birthday and he immediately started playing on it. Fascinated by numbers and letters he was amazed that there was a voice inside telling him which to chose. Ideal for this age group. It also looks like a tablet so he can play on it just like Daddy. It is good quality and well made. The sound is great and the voice natural.

Good for practicing letters
It had potential as my son enjoyed it for a few days but then got easily bored with it. Would’ve been better if it had given the option for kids to practice writing letters and hear them back as words.

My grandson absolutely loved it.
This is a good gadget if you want kids two years old to learn about basics and have fun.

I do not like the plastic feel or the voice
As it is a Christmas present, I do not know if it will be a success or not, but it should appeal as there are a number of uses. I do not like the plastic feel or the voice. Too big to hold in one hand for little ones who like to pretend they are using the phone, but a good learning tool.

Double bought Christmas prest by grand parents
Hi, I did purchase your game for my granddaughter but her other grandma had already bought it for her for Christmas so I have returned mine to you, as we both bought the same item it obviously is a good game, I’m sure she will enjoy her grandma’s present now I have to look for another Merry Christmas

Wasre of money
As an early learning device this is really poor. The letters shown are in UPPER case which is not how young children learn. The American voice uses the names of the letters not the sound (that's not how children are taught) and refers to zed as zee. There is an art to getting the 'keys' to respond so a young child may struggle with that. I thought the 'spelling' button would ask them to use they keys to spell but it doesn't...it just spells them - again using the names of the letters not the sounds. Designed by an adult without experience in teaching I suspect

Good product for a three-year old learning to spell and counting basic numbers.
My three-year old Grand-daughter opened this on Christmas Day, and after opening her other presents and playing with some, she returned to this Learning Pad. Once I had found some batteries, she began to play with it and enjoyed pressing all the buttons in turn. She particularly liked the three tunes she could sing along to, and played them over and over. I have a feeling she will use it quite often and it will help her learn how to spell words. The Pad is easy to hold, light and colourful, with lots of buttons to press to retain interest. The three tunes are fortunately well known despite the American accent. The voice feedback can be a little annoying, not being British, and the numbers only run from one to ten, (my Grand-daughter already counts up to twenty). It is a shame it comes without batteries, and has no volume control. The batteries can be fiddly to insert as a small screwdriver is also required to get into the battery compartment. The Pad would be even more useful as a learning tool if each letter button was not limited to a single item (eg "A is for Apple"), however the spelling function will be a useful facility. Overall a good product and feels fairly rugged for use by three-year olds!
