I have gone through 4 separate PSVR2 charging stands, and I currently have 2 PSVR2 headsets. I use my primary one, every day, and I use my second one for the occasional PCVR session. I definitely know what I am looking for in a charging station, and this checks almost off of the boxes. The problem with the official Sony brand charging station is that it is fickle. It isn't uncommon to come back only to discover that the controller wasn't in the right position and they didn't charge. The Collective Minds station however has very strong magnets and the controllers kind of snap into place, as they should, meaning my controllers are always charged perfectly. The part of the stand that holds the headset is very stable and the stand is more compact than most other stands that hold the headset. There are a few things to be aware of though. There is no room for earphones or accessories. If you have the Globular Cluster comfort mod, or any earphones on your headset, it will not fit correctly on the stand. If you are using a gunstock that attaches at the base of the controller, the controllers will not fit on this stand. These things are true with most charging stations, and I still consider this to be the best on the market, but I just wanted to throw that out there so you won't be disappointed if you purchase this. If you are using the PSVR2 as it comes, you NEED this charging stand, don't bother with any of the other brand charging stations, including the official Sony one.

I was brand new to VR when I picked up this PSVR2. I was almost afraid to touch the headset in case I scratched or broke it. After I got it all set up, I knew i would need a simple way to charge & display it. This piece does great. It charges the VR controllers as easy as setting them down on the display base. On top of that, you can set the headset on top & leave it as a great display piece, waiting for its next use. Not sure what I would do with the VR set if i didnt have this product. Totally worth it

It does what it is supposed to do. It's much more compact than many of the competing models. I wish they made it a little more clear that, for the the inductive charging to happen, there are little magnetic plugs that are inserted into your hand controllers to make that happen. The instructions were not clear about that. But, once you insert those, the controllers charge just fine, and there's a spot to rest the headset on top. That's all I wanted it to do, anyway. Due to the unusual shape of the controllers, I sometimes have to fiddle around with getting the controller back into it's charging slot. But I don't think that is a problem with this charger. It's just awkward shapes that need to fit together.

I am very pleased and this charging station delivers! The design is simple, the compactness of holding the headset and controllers all in one is a wow factor. The magnetic clips inserted into the sense controllers snap fast and securely into the charging station with ease and no effort is really needed. That is the biggest standout to me. Setting up the entire station took less than 10 seconds, it was packaged very nicely. Again, the design really out does the competitive charging stations I am seeing being sold on Amazon. If you want the top of the line 3rd party charging station this is worth every penny. If you want to avoid the pitfalls of the official Sony charging dock with issues surrounding the design, look no further. edit: For people saying the headset doesn't fit on the stand, that is user error. You have to expand the headset scope and it will sit flush and perfectly on the stand.

What can I say... it works. The stand helps keep things neat when put away, and it charges my controllers. Thats the great thing about it. The bad thing in my opinion is that its seems a little tough to line up the controller to place it correctly in its slot. I have gotten used to it and can put the controller right in there the first time now. Pretty good design. I would recommend it.

At first I couldn’t find the magnetic chargers but they appeared after I had plugged my controllers into the usb plugs on the stand. No idea where they came from but I couldn’t find them before that. The headset doesn’t stay on the way they instructed me but I know that mods will affect its ability to support that anyway. I think the product has good quality to it and is worth the purchase.

It works good and doesn’t look cheap or anything like that. It matches the aesthetic of the ps5 well

I bought this controller charging dock and PSVR2 stand after buying the PSVR2 during Sony's recent "Days of Play" sale.....it arrived quickly and setup was a breeze. It charges the PSVR2 controllers and came in handy when my controllers were dead out of the box.....charged them up within an hour and was able to proceed with my PSVR2 installation. The stand when loaded looks terrific next to my PS5 Pro and matches it in color scheme (white/black). Pretty happy with it so far!

MUCH better than I was expecting! I bought this because it was a low profile display, most displays for the PSVR2 have a high stand. When I opened it, it was pretty good quality and design, but I was disappointed at how fidgety it was to get the controllers into the dock. So much so I was going to return it. Then, I spot that the usb c connectors are magnetic and detachable! So they can be forever connected to the controllers and easily connect back to the base, fiddling is now non existent! I was instantly much more pleased with this, great purchase and addition to my set up
