Systane Hydration Lubricating & Hydrating Eye Drops, 0.34 fl oz, Twin Pack

Would give these 1000 stars if I could. When my dry eye issues started really torturing me, I tried more than a few different kinds of drops, but this brand...hands down...is the best without a prescription. These are preservative free and wonderful relief! So, if you have issues with preservatives, these will definitely work for you, imho. I really love and appreciate the bottle design as well! It's actually genius what they've done with this. The dropper part has to be stubby on account of the preservative free nature of this formula, as the longer spouts can breed bacteria in general with any PF formula. The bottle is an easy squeeze with no struggle. But the brilliance is in the way the dropper opening is a contrasting dark blue colour, which makes it very easy to see from the eye receiving the drops, resulting in no wasted drops. Being able to actually see where the dropper opening is in relation to the eyeball surface has resulted, for me, in very few missed doses cuts way down on wasting drops. Nothing worse than missing the mark and ending up with drops on your face and not in your eye, am I right? The drops last for hours and are so soothing. I start out with one drop in each eye first thing in the morning, and they last all day, at least til dinner. Then I might do one more dose around that time, if needed and then I'm good for the rest of the day. 4 drops daily with soothing relief = the only choice for me. Cannot live without these and the price is decent, too. Very highly recommend!

I recently had cataract surgery. It's normal to experience a scratchy dry eye feeling afterward as the eye heals, and that eventually goes away. It already has on one eye and we're nearly there on the second eye. I was told to use eyedrops to help. I first purchased the Systane Complete PF. I felt I needed a little more help so I got the preservative free Systane Hydration and it made a big difference as it immediately soothes the eye. I live in the south and the pollen count has been through the roof for half of the summer. I put these drops in as soon as I come in from watering my flowers. I put drops in at bedtime and first thing in the morning.

I LOVE these eye drops. They are proud of their product and the price demonstrates that. But several eye doctors have recommended this product to me. I keep buying it because I'm in my 60s and have chronically dry eyes. I work at a computer all day every work day, and that contributes to my dry eyes. Systane makes a difference!

I have chronic dry eye & I use other Systane products that I like very well. I had never seen this one, so I thought I’d give it a try to see if the lasting effects are better. They are soothing & feel good when they hit my eyes. The bottle is easy to use & to carry in my pocket, so I can use through the day. However, I didn’t find that they work better or keep my eyes lubricated longer than other drops. The Stystane gel over the drops is still my choice.

I have very dry eyes and this particular Hydration formula is the best I’ve ever used. I especially like the applicator dropper on this bottle. It fits tight to the corner of my eye and is soft and the drops actually go directly onto the eye. Nothing but praise and thanks to the creators.

Doctor recommended. Works! Pricey but worth it. Soothing with no side effects.

Worked better than a lot of other brands to keep my eyes while lubricated. Also the price was very reasonable seen it's hard to find locally sometimes.
