Did it make the holes I needed, yes, but the locking screw that holds the guide bit comes loose constantly, and the guide bit stops spinning, so I had to get a decent groove started then just removed the guide bit altogether. One of the teeth broke off when it hit rebar but was able to still make the hole. I would say if your in a jam and need quick exit this is it. For everything you get in the kit and okay performance, I think the price is fair. Gave 4 stars for the screw and the broken tooth it should handle rebar with no problem, so not sure of the actual material these are made of, but it got me through the job. Hope this helps.

This is a great idea and it does work well on concrete but the retaining screw for the pilot drill keeps unscrewing and the pilot bit keeps falling out! I tried loctite and teflon tape, it helped prolong the usage but the set screw still managed to loosen. Also, after some use you will need a Vice and Pipe Wrench to seperate the Hole Saw from the shaft to be able to change sizes or put it back in storage. The hammering action practically welds the Hole Saw onto the shaft thread. It would have been nicer if flat areas were included on the Shaft and on the Hole Saws so you can use wrenches but since there are none a Vice and Pipe Wrench is needed and it leaves the pieces looking destroyed.
