The wiring instructions that came on the box were greatly appreciated. Installation went smoothly on 2020 Jeep Wrangler JL. Cable functions great and appears at least as durable as previous brand-name cables, I have purchased.

Great cable
I buy there to install on my trailers. I like the fact I can lock up the cable. I am so tired of repairing Other Peoples damage to my trailer. I no longer have to rewire connectors. I just replace and send the person a bill for the damage. Works to stop people borrowing my trailer and damaging and leaving me there repair.

Replacement for trailer
Needed new trailer connection. The lights weren't working properly. Easy to switch and working great. Husband very happy with install. Would recommend product

Quality feel and looks. Worked great. Couple small issues, no big deal, see comments.
This had the look and and feel of quality. Two things I would improve would be wiring schematic shows front of plug connections, not the back where you actually wire it, so think Wackbards when you wire it. Also the ground connection screw would not tighten on my ground wire of the wiring harness I had. I fixed that by putting a little piece of solid copper #14 wire beside wiring harness wire. I had a well known wiring harness on my vehicle, so I wouldn't blame "cheap wiring". Not sure what competitors are like, but I think this was top shelf and would buy again.

Best Value in 7 pin to 6 pin coiled cables.
My last cable was from a major towing products manufacturer. It began to show corrosion after a year of use and I repeatedly cleaned contacts to keep it working. The Latch it cable was half the price and appears to be better quality. The six pin connector is metal which actually makes it easier to connect. Time will tell but so far I am very impressed.

Using this to set up a flat tow vehicle to connect motor home electrics to vehicle. Well made connectors & I opened them up to check that connections were good which they were. The 6 pin plug locks into the socket to stop it being pulled out like the 7 pin plug does.
