Is the case included?

Everything you see comes in a see through plastic package. Case holding the nails, glue cuticle sticks, files, etc

Can you swim with them on?

Yes, most definitely! I work in the Dental field and constantly washing my hands and they last about 3 weeks.

Which way do the numbers go ?

I didn’t see numbers on them, however these are square nails so the round portion goes toward your cuticle.
