Have purchased other OXO utensils and impressed by the design and build. This design is perpendicular to most standard mashers so is much easier to use. Metal is thick stainless with a solid handle so strong and easy to clean. Would purchase again

Seems to have much more control and power using this than traditional masher. Only time will tell if the flat part will bend. Otherwise looks solid and feels good in your hands.
