Fackelmann 45443 Spaetzle Grater and Dough Scraper

Absolutely love it, I finally can make one of my best homemade meals, halušky, classical slovakian dish. All this time I was missing exactly this scraper to make scrape dough into the hot water. So glad I could finally buy it! It is also easy to use and clean, the little black scraper is great as well, so handy and helpful. Could not be any more happy with this purchase.

In my country (Hungary) we make spaetzle (nokedli) quite often. You can buy stuff to make a perfect one but this one wins the race easily. The others are usually made of metal they tend to heat up and start to cook the dough before you have a chance to grate it in the boiling water. Also keeping this thing clean is very easy as it doesn't have unnecessary gaps whatsoever. Totally recommended.

Very good, only use this on a electric hob, not gas as it will melt, quite hard work, my poor little wrist,,but worth it. Once you have scrapped the dough through,,leave the grater on the pan, as the dough is still drifting through,, Sometimes it may be easier to put the dough on a choppborad, and use a sharp knife to cut small pieces off, that's what I normally do.

I first tried Spaetzle when I was staying at my German friends house in Munich, Germany, and instantly loved it. I knew that I wanted to make it myself, so as soon as I returned home, I ordered this straight away! I love making Spaetzle with it! It is very easy to clean, use, and make perfect size Spaetzle! If you enjoy cooking, this is something for you!

I wanted to make Spaetzle and tried using items I already had: colander, scoop with holes, grater, but none of these worked. Was going to give up, but thought I would try a Spaetzle grater first. I was going to go for the more expensive stainless steel version, but thought I would try a plastic one to see if it worked. I love it. Really easy to use, sits nicely over the pan and the scraper is flexible enough to do the job. Goes in the dishwasher when you're done. Would recommend.

Best Spaetzle grater on the market. This Spaetzle grater is easy to use and more importantly easy to clean. Very good quality but then you wouldn't expect anything less from a Fackelmann product.

Works well. I will no longer be buying dried spatzle will be making it fresh.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix! Pour quelques euros vous vous épargnez des heures de nettoyage de cuisine!🤣 elle est très simple d’utilistation et très solide. Vous avez juste à placer la plaque au dessus d’une casserole d’eau bouillante, vous mettez une cuillère de pâte à spatzle sur la plaque et vous raclez avec la spatule, les pâtes tombent directement dans l’eau en prenant la forme si caractéristiques des spatzles. Pour le nettoyage un coup d’eau chaude pour enlever le plus gros de la pâte et hop au lave vaisselle ! Un ustensile a avoir chez soi!
