IFB 8.0 Kg Fully-Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine (TL-R3SG 8.0 KG Aqua, Sparkle Grey, Hard Water Wash, 4 Years Comprehensive Warranty)

Before my purchase of this IFB Top Load Washing Machine 6.5 kg 5* fully automatic, I scrolled thru' the reviews and found a number of Customers complaining on the Noise level, bad Customer Service etc. But trusting Brand IFB, I went ahead to buy. NOW my experience is just Opposite most of those Reviews. Firstly after placing the Order with Amazon the machine was delivered in 1 day at Hyderabad in excellent original packing. The delivery guys opened the unit for my inspection and after my confirming that the product is fine, free from dents or scratches etc they left. The very next day on 18th Oct 22, an IFB Technician called me and sought my time for installation. He promptly came at the appointed time and installed the machine without any hassle and explained all the features without any hurry or irritation. He has not forced me to buy any IFB Products for marketing. I on my own I asked him for descaling powder and a Water purifier for the machine which he gave me and billed. Overall to sum up my experience with this purchase after initial hesitation is very positive after nearly a month of usage. Product is good, looks elegant in light grey colour, not at all noisy when normal load of daily clothes are washed and washing is fine. IFB, I am sure will stand up to my trust. Thank you Amazon, IFB & the Technician.

I am beyond frustrated with my recent purchase of an IFB washing machine from Amazon. The entire process has been a nightmare from start to finish. Firstly, the delivery was significantly delayed, which was already inconvenient. When the machine finally arrived, it was damaged, making it completely unusable. I was shocked at the lack of care in handling such an expensive appliance. I immediately initiated a return, but even that process was a hassle. The pickup was scheduled late, and it wasn’t until July 22, 2025, that the machine was finally collected. To make matters worse, the refund process is absurdly slow. I’ve been informed that the refund won’t be processed until August 15, 2025—nearly a month after pickup! This kind of delay is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Overall, I am extremely unhappy with both the product quality and the service provided by Amazon and IFB. The damaged machine, late delivery, delayed pickup, and ridiculously slow refund process have made this a terrible experience. I would caution others to think twice before purchasing large appliances like this through Amazon. This level of inconvenience and poor handling is simply not worth it.

Washing machine everything good except the service they fixed the tap with leaking Service agent told ge will come next day with tap holder but he is not came. Washing machine i give 4*5 star Service I give 3 star
