Absolutely brilliant, they have worked wonders for me, I should be on lifetime iron tablets, unfortunately the ones I get from my doctor never agree with my stomach. I used to have filled caplets with little beads in, these are far better, they are easy to swallow and don't make me feel sick if I forget to.eat something.
