Works well.
Easy to install. Perfect height for me. Looks great. Tried to use the Sunset Vista magnetic numbers, and they looked great at first, but rusted right away, and have started to rust out this sign "billboard" also. Darn. Magnetic numbers not made by this company-- just beware if you order them to go with this. I am wishing that this manufacturer would offer a magnetic numbers option--- just plain simple numbers. Now I will have to order their magnetic address numbers, but these I don't like. None are plain, and you are stuck with their designs. Still-- great idea. Others mentioned trouble installing in the ground-- and I had no problem. Maybe they have redesigned the post? Went into the ground easily (in an area where it's sometimes hard to plant things into the ground), and has stayed there for a few weeks so far. Mine is very sturdy so far.

Terrific concept and quality materials
I bought this stake to replace one that I hadn't changed for over a year, even when the magnetic floral address began to separate. My bad,that the stake had started to rust from moisture seeping under the decorative magnet. I liked the concept so much that I really wanted to replace the stake and buy some more magnetic address inserts. This stake is exactly the same sturdy quality as my original, and I won't abuse this one!

Great display
Love the metal and it is well made. This is the second sign stake I have owned. They last for years. It adheres well to the magnetic displays that are bought separately.

Easy-to-use magnetic sign
Magnetic surface works great! My decorative magnetic signs fit perfectly.

I like it
I've had mine for several years now - can't remember how long. But it has finally rusted out and I am ordering a new one. I like the fact that I can change out the magnetic signs with the seasons. But be aware, not all signs are created equal. Be sure to get those that are a total magnet, and not just with magnetic strips on the back. The strips allow water to come in behind and contributes to the rusting of the sign holder. They are cheaper, but not worth it.
