Will these help dogs who are left home alone?

Can't help here as someone is always with them but have found unfortunately that the tablets did not calm my dogs down at all so have stopped giving them to them. You could try instead the plug in Adaptil

Can i use the tablets and the drops together?

Given at the same time I wouldn't recommend. What we do is a few drops in their drinking water and quarter of a tablet. Remember the tablet takes upto 18 hours to get to work.

My boy gets hyperactive when training around other dogs. Does he need to take them just for these classes

You can use them this way and give them 6-8 hours before the class but they would probably have more effect if you give them the day before as well.

Are these suitable for cats it states they are on the box but i just want to be sure before I get them.
