I am always baking and normally i just buy a cheap electric hand whisk because i think they do the same job. But after having a cheap one (less than £20) for so many years, i thought i treat myself to this one. And it was a great decision, this whisk is very smooth and very powerful. It really help with my baking. Very solid and sturdy. So easy to use. The cords are tuck away made it so easy to store in cupboard. I use this one more often than my kenwood stand mixer because it’s easier and lighter.

The Dualit Hand Mixer is a beautifully crafted product - aesthetically pleasing to look at, nice cable storage feature, lightweight, fairly quiet when in use and easy to use. All in all I believe this is a great purchase for anyone looking to buy a quality product.

I bought this to replace my old dualit hand mixer that I’ve had for over twenty years. It’s still a lovely looking mixer that works well, but doesn’t seem to be as good a quality as my old one. Time will tell on whether it is.

Purchased this as a replacement for a mixer. Mad I know but my wife actually prefers this to the hulking beast I spent a small fortune on and I can see why. It’s just superbly built and solid quality. You’ve got better control and it’s just so easy to use. Solid so has some weight to it but not too much that it hurts your wrists. Goes from a slow speed up to super fast and she’s made a few cakes now so I have no complaints at all. Only thing I’d say is there’s no storage for the attachments but it’s not a huge problem to be honest. Just put them in the drawer with the rest of the kitchen utensils.

Expensive but my sister has the same unit and has had it nearly 20 years. After binning a couple of cheap mixers from Argos I am glad I bought this. The speed is easily controllable and the unit is clearly powerful. I like the fact it stands on end so the whisks aren’t touching the worktop. I also like the fact the cable reels into the body.

I must be a hard person to please because I'm 72 years old & have now just found the perfect hand mixer. I have probably had 5 or 6 hand mixers throughout my adult life & I was not impressed with any of them. They did the job & that was it...until I bought this one. For one thing, you can make the cord as long or short as you want & when you aren't going to use it & don't want a long cord to figure out what to do with, it winds up completely. No more long cord dangling in the cake ingredients or hanging in the way. This beater also has a feature where you can plug the cord into the back of the beater. So easy to store! It also fits nicely in the hand & is not as heavy as some I've tried. It's not a light-weight, but it won't make your arm tired holding it either. There is no hesitation when setting the speed...no faulter but just a clean move. There are plenty of speeds to choose from, as well. The button to release the beaters works well - you don't have to lean down heavily on it but it works with just a simple press. It comes with a whisk, 2 dough hooks & 2 beaters. The attachments are well made & heavy enough to stand some wear & tear without bending. The entire mixer is one of substance & not just some cheap plastic. Yes, there are cheaper ones out there that would probably do an adequate job. I do a lot of baking & cooking so I know my appliances. I have fallen in love with THIS ONE & I highly recommend it.

Dualit hand mixer that replaced a broken cheaper branded hand held food mixer. We had one of these Dualit's many years ago and we should have replaced like for like we didn't and paid the price.
