Great convection heater, good value for money. It’s easy to operate 2 switches and 1 dial, the thermostat works well to maintain the temperature of the room. It’s also very light and easy to move around. Would buy again and have also bought some for a community centre, they are happy with them too.

I bought the earlier model, without the timer, two years ago and was impressed with the heat output and ease of use. So this model was an upgrade, with the timer, and still seemed good value. But be aware - each foot has 4 holes and only 2 screws supplied, so i had to buy more. Also the actual heater has only 3 holes for each foot punched into the metal, so is not as sturdy as it should be. (The previous heater had the right amount of holes but NO screws were supplied). Just a small niggle i know, but enough to drop from 5 stars to four.

This electric heater is fantastic, especially the price. There was some not so good reviews. The feet only came with 4 screws, so only 2 per foot. Despite this when I screwed the feet in with only 2 it is very sturdy. I’m waiting for my boiler being replaced so have been without heating. I live in a 1bed flat . After being on for 24 hours it has heated my whole flat . It has a thermostat and temperature control which work perfectly. I would highly recommend this heater . It is amazing value for money and has very good heat output .

I love this heater. Instead of putting the heating on for an hour to warm the whole house just for the short while it takes to get ready for work, I put this on and my bedroom is lovely and warm in about 5 minutes. I invested in a smart plug so that I can ask Alexa to turn it on before my alarm goes off, happy days. It is silent too, and my central heating is not! The boiler is right below my bedroom and my radiators clink and clonk, so this is an ideal option. Fully recommend this heater.

The Item (Igenix IG5200 Portable Electric Convector Heater) did not arrive on 25-11-25 , It arrived 26-11-25 at 4.15pm The box it arrived in had been re-sealed with selotape , on opening the box, and removing the Convector Heater the front panel had a dent on it , when I plugged it in , nothing happened ( no lights appeared on the switches, no heat from the unit, it was totally useless, not fit for purpose. I think it had been returned by the previous purchaser and resent to me. I am not happy about all the time it has taken me to try to sort this out.
