I bought this after stumbling across it while looking for a canine toothbrush. My vet had advised at my dog’s annual checkup that he needed a scale and polish under general anaesthetic, but he’s only three and I don’t like them having anaesthetics unless it’s absolutely necessary. The alternative was going to be trying a toothbrush, although I didn’t know how he’d take to it as I’ve never used one with him before so when I saw this I thought it was worth a punt, but in all honesty was fully expecting to have to revert to plan A and buy a toothbrush later. Not a bit of it; three weeks in and his teeth are already much cleaner than before, and getting better every day. The best part is there’s no stress or upset for either of us; just sprinkle a bit on his food using the included measuring spoon and that’s it! It doesn’t smell at all and it hasn’t made any difference to him eating his food; I don’t think he’s even noticed, tbh. Price point is great too; I bought the 200g tub and you get a lot while using not very much according to the advised dosage; I reckon it will last about two months, so all round well worth the money - and for me it’s already paying back in spades as I don’t have an expensive vet bill, either! If you’re sceptical on trying this, please believe me and try it, your dog (and your purse!) really will thank you - and yes, I am a genuine customer and haven’t been paid for this review, I just like to give credit where it’s due and maybe save some other little doggies the stress of unnecessary anaesthetics!

I have a sweet little old Yorkshire terrier , which had a very bad breath but now he’s have such nice normal breath, really recommend and definitely will purchase again.

They eat it which surprised me, literally only got yesterday but so far so good and will come back to update in a few weeks to see how it's going ! I thought the tub was tiny but you only need a tiny amount this will last my 4 dogs ages even at 1 have 2 scoops. Hope it works 🤞🏻

I never write reviews but I had to write a reviee for this product. My dog is 4 years old and had already plaque in the teeth. I was going to do a thorough cleaning treatment via vet but i decided to try this first. 2 spoons a day for a few weeks made the plaque fell off and with a small scratch i could have helped to remove it. I highly recommend although not sure about secondary effects in extended use. Highly recommend it.

Easy to use dog food topper for teeth/bad breath. My dog did tolerate it on her food; however, we no longer use it (same reason it gets a 3/5) because it smells strongly of seaweed (main ingredient) and didn't help much with either her teeth or her breath.

Bought this for our terrier who had breath like the bottom of the bin! After a week, it has solved the problem and his teeth are looking cleaner too! Easy to use, just sprinkle on food, Will definitely purchase again.

Brilliant already seeing a vast improvement in my puppies plaque,,nearly all gone in less than a week

First impressions are solid. Coming from the more expensive popular blue-lid brand this seems just as good, but cheaper. My dog's breath is fresher, he likes the product and devours his food with it sprinkled on top, it's easy to use, has a nice coarse granule look rather than powder, and time will tell if it helps with the plaque on his teeth. 4 stars not 5 as the scoop was missing from the tub.

My dachshund loves it and his breath is great. His teeth are really clean. I just had him at the vet and they said his teeth do NOT need cleaning which is remarkable for this breed. Jake is 4 years old. I just acquired a two-year-old doxie with a plaque and started her on this today. We will see how it goes. I highly recommend giving it a try. All dogs' systems are different. We feed a raw, balanced diet, but kibble-fed dogs may have a different outcome. We have now gone through two bottles and I am very happy Our Foster dog with the tarter build up is looking much better. Her gums are less inflamed and looking healthy and we were able to chip off the plaque buildup on her canines with just our fingernails. She is looking much better. At her vet appointment, we will see if she needs a cleaning but I doubt it now when it was a pretty sure thing when we got her. I highly recommend it.

I was very sceptical when buying it. My golden retriever is 3 and I noticed that her teeth were very dirty. I had never previously cleaned or brushed her teeth. So I gave this product a go. There is a tiny spoon included. I was giving her one spoon in the morning and evening by sprinkling over her dry food. Went through a bottle in around a month and her teeth are back to complete white. I highly recommend this product.

It works. Helps with plaque and my dog love it. You have to use it consistently to see the result but def works.

Dog's breath will smell like the food they eat most of the time. My big old guy (100 lbs) was really having a problem. His breath was bad, and it was suddenly awfully bad. Vet no help. It was 'Stay away from me' bad. This product has helped him a lot. His tartar is going away. (I didn't expect miracles.) I never have had a problem with him eating it. He gets dry food but I add a glass of water to slow him down otherwise he is a vacuum & then will get sick due to so much air he inhales. I broke up a half slice of bread, laid it on top of his food, and he just scarfed it because he loved bread. I tried without the bread as well. He has not stuck his nose in the air. To the reviewer who said their dogs turned their noses up to it, just --Be smarter than what you are working with.--
