Shipping
1 of the 3 jars was opened in.shipping and spilled on the rest...were not packaged correctly...taped wrapped etc...Love.the product... great taste..low sugar.. excellent

Open jar
The jar arrived wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap and in a thick mailing envelope. Jam spilled out and was all over the jar and bubblewrap. When I opened the packaging I found the top of the jar had come off somehow. I couldn't tell if there was any broken glass and didn't want to risk getting cut or making a bigger mess, so I didn't check. The whole thing had to go in the trash. It was a waste of money and hoping for a refund.😔

Exactly as I expected. The packaging is lovely to look at and the product is delicious! Best served on hot biscuits slathered with lots of real butter!
