How many metres does it detect under the ground and where is it made e.g. made in china ? please answer asap

The depth of a detector is dependant on a number of factors such as soil minerals size of object being detected and conductivity eg metal type. The detctor is made originally in the usa the fisher f4 owned by a company called texas so as you can see the model can be made by a few company's under different licence if this is your first detector you cant go far wrong good all round first timer best thing if you have seen other detectors is do your research but this one is the fischer f4 good luck.
