Soundmagic E10C Wired Earbuds, with Mic, Premium Hi-Fi, 3.5mm Jack, Gold

I bought these to replace a pair of Bose in ear headphones.The Bose cost £120 if I remember and I have been very happy with them, they still work but the silicone wire has started to split and crack all over- still, not bad for 6 odd years of use.I like quality over cheapness & having heard some pretty poor cheap earphones I was doubtful but the Stuff and T3 reviews together with Amazon reviews made me take a chance. They come with a semi hard case with a choice of different tips, a PC split adapter and a 'phone adapter ' that I really don't understand- it's basically a socket with a plug straight on itAnyway, comparing to my Bose I am impressed. My go to tracks for speaker/ headphone testing (as recommended in an audio shop) are Don't Stop - Michael Jackson, Higher Ground- red hot chilli peppers, Thunderstruck-AC/DC and I pick a random electronica trackThe Soundmagic are everything the Bose are but I would say with a little more brightness to the higher sounds. Bass is strong but not too much, I would say that the quality I hear is probably helped by the tight fit into my ears. I wore them for a couple of hours comfortably when I know I would be pushing the Bose back in repeatedlyWhat I would say is that the fatter wires on the Bose gave more of a quality feel and the more PVC feel of the SM wire means you can 'feel' it rubbing on your clothes a bit through the headphones as you listen. Having said that the silicone wire of Bose failed so maybe this is more tough. The remote is a bit fiddly though and on the left ear.For a third of the price of some brands I can't see how you could be disappointed, there really is very little wrong with them acoustically. If I was being fussy maybe knock a star off for the slightly cheaper feel compared to my Bose but at this price I think the performance overcomes any slight criticism. I will just have to see how they last

I purchased these earphones a couple of weeks ago and having used them mostly during my daily commute (loud environments) i can say the following :Sound -> 10/10 : It's really one of the best pairs of in-ears for their price (as proven by the number of awards they've won) and the mids and highs are really well seperated and balanced, while the lows are punchy and not overwhelming - as is the case with a lot of in-ears from other companies at this price point.Build Quality -> 10/10 : The cable is really strong and it's made in a way that it doesn't tangle easily and feels like it will last for many many years.Comfort -> 8/10 : As far as the fit inside the ear itself, they're fine and if the included earcups don't fit you (which would be weird since it comes with 5-6 different styles and sizes) you can use 3rd party ones. Given that their chassis is quite small in and of itself and has no 'sports-style hook' to lock into your ear, the earphones themselves can be slid out pretty easily so i'd not recommend them to you if you're the athletic type. However, once they're in you can rest assured they have great isolation and you sort of forget you're wearing them. One thing i wanna note is that the cable itself is made in a way that when it rests over your clothing (assuming your mobile device is in your pocket) it sort of bends in weird ways and forms little circles that can potentially get caught in things leading to your earphones being yanked out, so look out for that.Main issue : The one thing i've noticed which may not concern many is that the volume that these earphones can produce is quite limited compared to previous ones i have owned. To put it in perspective, for me to be able to make out lyrics while commuting the earphones need to be maxed out from my phone's settings whereas with previous ones i could only bear having them on 70%-ish before they were TOO loud. Now, to sort of fight my own logic here, the volume they produce at max output is substantial enough for me but i feel limited as if i ever find myself needing more volume im sort of stuck.Overall -> Buy them, they're really great even with the few nitpicky shortcomings i've listed. I value good sound over most other things myself so if you're the same and aren't concerned with the volume too much i wouldn't even think twice.

Bought after a fair amount of googling "top 10 earphones" and these kept coming out highly on the lists. Prime delivery was punctual as ever and packaging is neat (if, in my case, a little squashed). First unpackaging impressions were good... metal components throughout give a high quality finish - I got the silver wired with mic option - and I was impressed with the number of included accessories (sturdy case, various buds and adapters). The Amazon pictures don't do them justice.Testing on my phone and laptop (HTC One M8 and Asus UX305, respectively) proved that the reviews were no lie, sound quality is very good. Mind you, on my phone I felt I was picking up some interference on some occasions. It was hard to put my finger on it, so for now I'll chalk it up to the Youtube music video I was testing with as other sources seemed ok. On the whole I felt they were definitely better than the Sennheiser CX 300 earphones they replaced in both the arenas of sound and build quality.The inline remote worked, just not as expected. For whatever reason, the volume buttons operated forward/back skip instead, although some would prefer this. Obviously not the end of the world and some googling found this to be a reasonably common issue with HTC handsets. Worth noting though if you are particularly bothered by such an issue, as the box claims that the "volume controls guaranteed to be compatible with around 95% of smartphones". Guess mine just happens to be in the 5%. The remote is also very high up out of sight, being a mic as well, which means you'll have to fumble with the buttons at first until you learn which is which. Another quirk is that the angle between the jack and wire is 120deg, rather than 90deg. Quite useful, I imagine, if used with a normal device with the headphone jack on top. However, the One M8 has it on the bottom making this actually less convenient and the wire will likely get bent more in normal use than if a standard style plug were used.For 45 quid, you can't really complain. If I were to buy again, I possibly wouldn't bother with the remote and save another tenner. Regardless, excellent value for money either way given the audio and build quality.

bought these headphone too use with my ipod classic ,all music inported from original cd from my collection ,wave files ,wow music sounds detail ,treble is sweet not harsh ,midrange ,smooth bass strong but never overpowers the rest of the music .i listen with no eq at all ,like the natural sound ,build quality is awsome ,good selection of earbuds too change and find the one that fits your ears ,highly reccommend, these headphones can be used with smartphone that have a jack input ,allows you too listen too your music and also make and recieve calls .

Bought these to try out as a replacement for some AKG K451s I had purchased previously based on the great reviews. I loved them however the on ear style wasn't to my liking. I decided to buy these as they were also very well reviewed and seemed a good price. I had to try out all the different buds until i found the most comfortable and best sounding ones. In the end the small ones were the best for my ears and when fitted well into your ears the sound is excellent. Very deep bass which is what I love and was missing slightly from the over ears I had been using previously. Its a very controlled 'tight' sound as well not overly boomy. Fiddling around with the iPhone equalizer allowed me to increase the bass slightly again to my taste. The included case and all the different buds are excellent especially considering they cost £45. Cable doesn't tangle easily and whilst its a bit noisy when rubbed against it's perfectly acceptable considering how excellent all other aspects of these are. I have decided to order some inaudio foam buds to try and see if they improve sound a bit more. The supplied silicone buds are hardly anything to complain about but I want to try foam for the sake of £12 what with them being supposedly more comfortable and more isolating.For someone who loves proper HIFI quality sound (and deep bass) these are excellent. The sound is almost as exciting as that of my £600 hifi system which is saying something!All in all these are a great purchase not just for the £45 but for any headphone upgrade. For reference the apple earpods which were the only in-ears i owned previously are absolutely terrible compared to these!Will update in the future to see if they have lasted well.

Alright, I bought these earphones as they were on a list of "best earphones for under £50" and my previous earphones "Xiaomi Mi Piston 3" had lost all power and sounded really tinny after being used daily for almost a year. Anyway, I bought these because I wanted a decent pair of earphones and these seemed promising.They arrived quickly and the packaging was good, the headphones also come with a case for the extra earbuds which is a nice feature.I tried the earphones out with the included earbuds and it sounded terrible compared to my previous earphones. The earbuds were so uncomfortable and I could never find a sweet spot of comfortability and sound quality with the included earbuds.After trying out ALL of the earbuds and realising they were all terrible, I decided to use the earbuds from my other earphones. The sound quality instantly improved and and they were comfortable to wear.If it wasn't for me realising I could use the earbuds from my previous earphones, I would have send these back.If you're going to buy these, just know that the included earbuds might not be that good. If you find them uncomfortable, try using some third party ones or ones from your previous set.Three stars due to trashy earbuds.

Long story short: really liked these pair of earphones! I didn't expect this quality at all and it was one of the better purchases I have done.I had been using a pair of 1more triple driver earphones, but unfortunately misplaced them. Really liked them, but did really want to try something else.I didn't want to go for the expensive brands like Bose or B&O, and chanced upon these. Decided to take the plunge.Pros:- Really good sound quality - I can't say I am an expert in these things, but the quality was really good to me.- Build is great. It feels like the make the sturdy, which cannot always be said of the 1more earphones.- Good isolation with default ear tips - I did try the default ones a couple of times, were great, but I had invested in some inairs before, but still, quality was good.Cons:- The only thing I would say is a con is that the controller is not so great. The buttons aren't really that easy to use, and often I find that if I use the controller the earphone on the left ear is prone to come off. But really that's not a huge deal for me.Overall defo recommend!

SoundMAGIC E10C In Ear Isolating Earphones with Microphone - Silver/BlackOne day after continuously lugging my V-Moda M100's around for my daily commute, I decided that it was becoming too fiddly. I've always chosen sound quality and comfort over portability and over-ears had the additional extra of keeping your ears warm during winter.Alas, with spring having come, and lugging headphones one day whilst carrying a couple of heavy bags, I asked myself: Why can't I have the best of both worlds? Or something close to that effect.Asking around and reading so many reviews, I decided to go for the SoundMagic E10C.The thing is, I've always had issues with In-Ear earphones. They're just too uncomfortable! So it was a bit surprising that the silicone used on these headphones were of a good quality. They didn't "crinkle" or "crackle" under the slightest movement. That's a plus!Another thing was that the BASS was really good. It was enough, but nowhere near muddled. I had some issues with the mids, and a bit with the highs, so to give it a rating it would be a:Bass: 4.5Mids: 3.0Highs: 3.5As I mentioned earlier, I was looking for something that was "less fiddly". Alas, I found that this was not the case for the E10C's. I could see myself destroying these in a few months of use, just from everyday commuting. The remote/mic that hangs from the left earphone causes a bit of a pull from its weight. Just enough to make it a bit irritating. So comfort-wise, I wasn't happy with it.If you're coming from the £10-£20 Betron earphones, these are a whole level or two above them, and worth the upgrade for the bass alone (the Betron's had a very "cold bass" in my experience).What sealed my opinion of these earphones was me testing the Koss PortaPro headphones and just feeling the difference, like it was night and day. Sound-wise, comfort-wise, the Koss PortaPros made me appreciate the music more.Just like what my headline says. I thought it would be the In Ears I'd eventually like, but it looks like I'm still on the search for it.I hope you found this review helpful, if you do, give it a thumbs up. :)

SoundMAGIC E10C-BKGDDer E10C ersetzt meinen schon ziemlich ramponnierten bose MIE2i und schlägt sich wacker. Hält man sich vor Augen, dass er weniger als die Hälfte kostet, schlägt er sich sogar excellent.Klangbild ist aufgeräumt und ausgewogen, nichts nervt oder geht unter. Lautstärke ist mehr als ausreichend.Die Fernbedienung funktioniert mit Android, iOS und macOS gleichermaßen gut.Die Auswahl an Ohrgummis ist gut, ich bevorzuge die Doppelgummis - bester Halt.Das Einzige, was etwas stört: Kabelgeräusche - deutlich mehr als bei bose - aber Schwamm drüber.In Anbetracht des Preises und der Performance/Haptik vergebe ich fünf Sterne.

Habe im laufe meines Lebens (61 Jahre) viele Kopfhörer gehabt, diese sind für das Geld das beste was ich je gehört habe . Mfg Franky

Very happy with the E10C so far! Much better bass response than I expected from a tiny earbud. Nice quality build, the cable is thin but lightweight and feels durable. Remote works very well for volume, music pausing and track changing, Google Assistant, all on my android (G6) and the mic sounds surprisingly good. Would like if there was a bit more treble in the sound. Would certainly recommend this product to family and friends. Sound profile is based focused but still has good details. Nice formthe gym but not a critical listening earbud. Good consumer style enjoyment audio. Better than other earbuds in the price range I have tried. Also better than my Shure SE 315 for general listening and the gym. Sounds very good with rap/hiphop, and bass heavy music. Good with indie and acoustic music, not as good with rock and metal.
